what do you look like on the web?

When surfing my feeds earlier in the week I noticed that David Warlick's 2c worth blog had a new header, which, from a design view point looked interesting. However there was no link to any where that David may have gone to create this header. Until he posted his latest article. He found a new technology from the MIT called personas.
